Does anyone know? Can they see what page you are on, what you've bought from shops, etc?

Yes and they can see the contents of adjacent tabs so if you are browsing NeoCodex and Neopets, make sure to have a blank or innocuous tab in between them.

Yes they can see what pages you've loaded, and each item does in fact have a specific ID that can be tracked

Whether it will actually be tracked or not/TNT actualls cares depends on your activity. i.e. if they have a reason to track you.

I think its pretty impossible to know exactly the depth of how TNT tracks users.

Damn! I knew i wasn't the only one that thought that! I knew i wasn't the only crazy that even considered TNT would be able to catch you browsing codex and neopets if they were adjacent. Thankfully i open up xtube in between the 2 tabs when i browse simultaneously to prevent them from ever knowing...
