Well, that. When I enter my username and password, I get this message:
Login Failed.
We were unable to properly retrieve the information from the server.
Please contact the staff

This just started happening today... D;

Its because of the 502 errors.

    Try again!

Is there a thread about these 502 errors? I already searched for it, but got nothing relevant. I'm also concerned because if the Program Manager runs, the program I try to use (in this case, SS) doesn't work properly. After a certain time, an error message pops up and the program doesn't work anymore.
Is this, like, a global error or something?

There has been two days in a row since I can't even login to the Program Manager >_>
    I get this error:
    Traceback (most recent call last):
File "ProgramManager.py", line 634, in OnLogin
File "CodexSettings.pyo", line 40, in saveVariable
UnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode characters in position 0-8: ordinal not in range(128)

    Anyone has the same issue?

It sounds like you have some weird characters somewhere in the settings.

Find out where you have some weird characters and replace them with non-weird ones. :p

Yes, but I can't even get into the settings. I don't know where I have to go to replace these characters, I just open Program Manager, and get stuck in the very first part where I enter my Neocodex information. There's the File menu (with Exit as the only option) and Edit (with Neotracker Profiles as its only option). I don't know what to do =|
    Sorry for my noobness ._.

So you can't even log in?
Like Waser said, check for strange characters. My password had one and I changed it through the main site, and only then would it let me log in.

I already checked. Neither my username nor my password include strange characters. Besides, now I receive a different error:

    Exception in thread Thread-5:
    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "threading.pyo", line 552, in __bootstrap_inner
File "WorkerThreads.pyo", line 440, in run
TypeError: string indices must be integers, not str

EDIT: I tried changing my password, and it finally got me past the initial screen, but the a window popped with the same error above and the main section of the manager just says "This list is empty", so there are no programs to be chosen =/

I already did that twice. Last night, I got it to work, but didn't use it. Now, I tried logging in and it showed the last error I posted again =(
