Hey guys, do the programs in the program sections get you the Avatars for their respective programs and/or the trophy? Or do the programs just play the game to generate points to your account from it?

This may be in the wrong section, can a moderator move it if so

Programs such as Shapeshifter, Dice-a-roo, Cellblock, Pyramids etc? I believe they are programmed to maximize profit & to obtain avatars (Hide & Seek comes to mind), but I've received trophies from all the programs before (IE: Neggsweeper, shapeshifter, Gormball)

Wow thanks. Is it possible for you to compile a complete list of game programs that get you the avatar & a list of game programs that reward you the trophy? Because I see you only named about 3 for each.

Possible Avatars + Trophies through Neocodex programs

Scarab 21 Auto Player - Possible Trophy but will take a LONG time
Tyranu Evavu - Avatar +Possible Trophy if you score high enough ( stops at cap )
Gormball - Avatar + Possible Trophy if you score high enough ( stops at cap )
Kacheek Seek - Avatar ( stops at cap / pet is bored )
Kiss the Mortog - Avatar (@ 5,900 NP winning) & possible trophy depending when you win 5,900 .. more towards the beginning of the month ( you can tell it when to stop )
Cellblock - Avatar + Trophy
Dice A Roo - Avatar (on Jackpot) & Possible trophy ... Unlikely though since the Jackpot never gets that high ( stops at cap / pet is bored )
ShapeShifter - Avatar on level 5, Trophy if you continue running it if you have alot of posts. SS-AP is based on post-count, but will get anyone the avatar. ( stops according to your NC posts / tells you if you can run it when its done )
Neggsweeper - Possible trophy if you score high enough
Go Go Go! Autoplayer - Trophy
Double or Nothing - Avatar + Possible trophy more towards the beginning of the month ( you can tell it when to stop )
Coconut Shy - Avatar ( stops at cap )
Cheat - Trophy + Avatar - Catch Capara cheating
Snow Wars - Trophy
Pyramids - 2x Trophies - 1 is for winning-streaks, and 1 is for overall total score (very hard)
Kad Feeder - Userlookup Trophy per feeds + Avatar @75 feeds ( you can tell it when to stop )

Basically every game related program we have available can net you a trophy it you're lucky/patient enough, and have the settings set high enough for some.

I can't vouch for all of them though, I have never used a couple long enough personally to verify.

Thanks youuuu :* And three more questions: [1] How frequently does one get iced using these programs? For instance, should I only do one game per day or something or does it not matter? If I buy a shell/main from someone on here and put all those avatars/trophies on it is the account safe most of the time or iced most of the time @_@ [2] Do I understand the concept of receiving a trophy correctly? Do people always bring up the beginning of the month during trophy talk because the scores stay on the games score table throughout the month therefor the beginning of the month is best because less scores are on the table? [3] Are all of the game programs mac compatible?

No problem I believe jcrboy and iargue also made a greasemonkey script for bilge dice -- which is a potential 2 trophies & 2 avatars -- Search for it on greasemonkey if you use it .

1. I've ran these programs myself and I haven't been frozen ever, I stopped running them however when I received the trophy I wanted.
2. It's easier to get trophies at the beginning of the month because that's when in general scores are lower, and easily achieved by all who "put in effort". Since the score is a lower bar to achieve, it's easier being awarded a trophy.
3. To my knowledge, yes, unfortunatley I can't confirm this with you since I do not own a Mac ... You won't risk anything by trying these - I've never been frozen for using these programs. Though I would honestly try my best to be realistic though -- Nobody would play Cellblock for 3-4 hours... but I believe when iargue was making the program he played like over 9000 cellblock games and wasn't frozen. The other programs have a cap on how many times you can play, so the program stops and therefore you don't have to worry about it going on and on. I'll edit the list to let you know which programs automatically stop when they reach the cap.

About Shapeshifter, I found a program here that helps you solving it. The program is not made by Neocodex programmers tho, and it solves each puzzle using brute force. So, it takes less than a second for the first ones, a few seconds after 20, and minutes after 25. In fact, the guy that made it says it works fine up to level 31. I don't know if the program is unable to solve after level 31 or it's just that takes hours to do it... but as there is an option to 9x9 square, I guess the program, if it works, may take days to resolve a puzzle for higher levels. I don't see the risk of being frozen by using it, because you introduce the shapes and puzzles, and then do on neo as the program says all by yourself.

Theres two trophies, but you're not going to get the cumulative one so you might as well give up now, but if you were to try for it do easy games, and for the trophy that is obtainable, do the hard ones.
