Tor works for neopets? My understanding of that stuff is extremely limited. I thought only certain sites with the .tor domain could be accessed?

If everybody used Tor most of them would show up as matches for multiple accounts.

This isn't strictly a proxy but an anonymity tool that relies on plausible reliability. I've used this for another site that restricts your dailies to ip addresses. My first hit of the day told me I ran out of ip hits for the day.

I haven't been frozen in 2 a half years. Managing about 10 accounts.

Because not everybody is using Tor. More people using Tor would result in more clashes.

My concern with that is the more users who use Tor, the higher the chance that more accounts are going to be bouncing off the same IPs. How well can you restock, accounting for the lag in between 20+ jumps?

Look. Whether everyone uses it or not, I could care less. This is simply the best advice available in regards to managing multiple accounts.
I'd like to also note this is not for restocking. This is to check your accounts, exchange NP etc. It's too slow for rsing.

If its too slow for rsing.. then there's only one word for it.. useless...

Better off getting a proper/decent proxy that allows you to rs..

if, by "informative advice" you mean "making sweeping generalizations about the userbase while directly insulting them," then yes, that is often thrashed here.

and yeah, tor is pretty much useless for anything beyond drug trafficking or downloading cp, neither of which this forum's population are particularly interested in.

Most people here use proxies to AB on multiple accounts. Since this is too slow for that, it's pretty much useless here.

Also, great job. Only 4-5 posts and you've made people angry. I'm entertained

Neocodex, where we judge before we try. My intentions were in helping this commmunity, I did not intend to feel like I was doing a disservice to this forum. Pissing people off is not my cup of tea, but when I feel like I'm doing something wrong when I was trying to help this community then my assholeness is justified.

When in actuality nobody trashed your advice, just asked questions and said quite plainly that it wouldn't be much use to most people here.
Your assholey-ness is not justified I'm afraid.. But I am still entertained so I have no qualms with you.

Obviously you're entirely incapable of taking any sort of criticism or comprehending the fact that you're not always right.

You are thinking of the deep web where sites can only be accessed using Tor.

Not important. What is important is that you try to defend Tor as infallible while refusing to acknowledge its shortcomings and then interpreting criticism of your method as an attack on you.

Whoa whoa, deep web? We went from Neopets to deep web? Fuck. Shit just got real.

Guys guys, defending Tor? I don't work for them. This is what I use Tor for:
"Oh shit, not enough NP in a side account" open up tor, login, put items in shop. Login to main, buy items. Open up tor again, go to shop till and extract. Also, I never use proxies for abing. I've been doing this like I said for about 2 and a half years. I just use tor to trade items, np, pets etc. The abing for the side account is done on the same ip as my main. THATS HOW RELIABLE TOR IS. I just find it hard to believe, since you guys have this preconcieved notion of tor, it automatically doesn't work. When everything I've been doing has proven otherwise.

so you log into both accounts on the same ip to AB, but use tor when you need to transfer stuff between them? my brain is full of fuck

Exactly. And I know doing this kinda goes against the whole idea of not linking the accounts, but like I said. It works. So whoever doesn't wanna pay for a private proxy because it's an online game. This method works.

I'll be polite and try it before I judge, seems pretty solid aside from the setback of it being slow.

    Thanks for the suggestion, though.
