This is the wrong section.
First you have to stay on neocodex for some time, and after some weeks and posts, you will gain access to the trading post section.
(That area is restricted because a lot of people was coming to scam or sell stolen goods).
Also, you should save about 8 Million Nps, pin everything into your account and use a middleman when you buy the lend.
Meanwhile you can enjoy the other forums of neocodex
