I searched the forum to find a description of how to use a proxy on the Neocodex program, but can't really find any one thread explaining it.

Basically, I've only been using the programs on my one main account, but my sister wants to use the programs too and I've decided I want to do them on my side account.

First of all, if I go to a website like freewebproxy.net and just go through Neopets that way, am I 100% untraceable?

Secondly, when I go to web settings in the program, I click the check box and first I add the number then add the port, and if the test goes through successfully, is that all I do? Is there no way I can be traced?

I know this sounds stupid, but it all just seems way too simple and I want to make sure that I am doing it right before I go through with it.

Ok so the problem is that you want to get one specific proxy for your sister to use.

And yes you CAN be traced. It does not depend on whether it works or not, but rather what type of proxy it is. Look at the guide and come back if you have more questions~
