LOL. Yeah, I could imagine. What an awkward sight to watch someone steal a penguin.
I was in the mall here in Mexico a few years ago and the pet store there was selling a tiger cub and a baby caiman. You could play with the cub for 20 pesos, which is around $2.

Yeah, I was thinking that as well, but in a small community in Japan, you're able to get away with doing this, as everyone looks out for each other.

Thats gotta be the best pet EVER! Tho it must cost a fourtne to keep his house the right temperature for the penguin to stay healthy
