Yes two times.
The first one for account sharing. I wrote the support to unfreeze me and offer them to delete all my Avatars and make my Pets Basic again. They did
The second one was a freezing for protection. Wrote again and I had my Account back after a day.

But to stay on topic I never got any of my accounts back not even those that weren't frozen, they wouldn't even believe I was the rightful owner of some past accounts

LOL why, so you get 3 shots at getting under their radar and tweaking your SS to beat the system? Unlikely that would happen.

Anyone frozen for dumb stuff like badly worded neomails or legit trading has the right to whine about how bitterly unfair life is, but you really, really don't.

Likewise... back between 2000-2004ish they were willing to unfreeze accounts... I remember 'Iris' and 'Adam' being nice mods.

3 strikes doesn't support learning but encourages temptation multiple times.
2 strikes, however, sure; "fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me", I feel would be a better system regarding minor offenses.

I've had several accounts frozen and unfortunately never got them back. I don't think I even got a response from TNT.

with the same issues for getting frozen, they will just copy the letters

I got frozen for my own protection before. 3 of my accounts were iced. I wrote a long extensive email trying to prove that the accounts were mine, even though I did nothing but post on boards all day, didn't play any games, didn't remember my email used to create the account.. blah blah blah, but they gave me two of the accounts back.

Sadly, the third account I didn't get back had my UC faerie and UC plushies..
