I download it, install it, open it and it says this application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect, try re installing ect ect. I have, i've deleted all history and re downloaded, i've tryed extracting the files first, basically i've ran out of ideas.
Any suggestions? would like to start using auto players again.

Yeah, compiling for windows xp is a pain in the ass and probally wont get fixed for some time xD Your best bet is to upgrade to vista or seven.
