If you're using the Packrat option however all it does is takes you to the shop. Can we please have the packrat option set up quick buy for the item, not just to the shop.

Well if that's possible, why not just expand it to all of the items in the item database? Or a link on the side of each shop that lets you just quickbuy it.

Oh sorry, my bad.
I read quick buy as in, it buys the item for you, not when the item shows up above the rest of all the items.
I used the simple list packrat for it. It opened a lot of windows, but it was a alot faster.
