Because it has the part where you can specify which shops you want to refresh in but it won't let me click on that. My aber is stuck in grundos cafe and I'm not getting anything in there. Do I have to be an advanced member to specify which shop?

You got it. I had this same question yesterday You can't choose the shop it goes to until you have advanced. It will automatically pick what it deems a good shop for you to RS in.
