Apparently the Samsung Focus is a type of Windows Phone

Or maybe its one of these HTCs (HTC Trophy?)

What could you do with a 2 inch touchscreen? O_o The solution to your problem is a spare battery. ;)

If the only problem with your current phone is the battery life just get a spare battery and change them over when the first is running down. That's assuming you don't have an iPhone otherwise you're screwed since you can't remove the battery.

Yeah but if you mess with the brightness settings you can get touchscreens to last a little longer.. and just always have a charger with you.

Turning GPS and Wifi off helps a lot too although it kind of makes it pointless to have a smartphone in the first place if you have to have those turned off. :p
