Here you may suggest themes to possibly be used in future SOTW competitions. Just post your idea(s) if you have any and the current SOTW creator can choose from any of them. Please refrain from chatting here as much as possible, this thread is just for suggestions. Obviously any suggestion of a theme that may break any of Neocodex's rules will be deleted.

Omg I love making lists.

- meme challenge (internetz luls)
- Spielberg challenge (i bet everyone has seen at least one thing he's had his hand in - http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000229/)
- photo challenge (give a stock photo for people to work from. they must use that picture once, but can add in other elements)
- supernatural (zombies, vampires, werewolves, ghosts, aliens, demons, fucking slender man, gods, angels, etc)
- hand drawn challenge (entries must be hand drawn with pencil or pen, only scanning/photographing/cropping/resizing is allowed.)
- oxymorons
- aphorisms
- favorite tv show/movie/song/quote/color
- dreams (a graphic interpretation of a dream they recently had)
- biggest fear
- things you shouldn't say out loud
- what material thing you're most thankful for (realistic thanksgiving c;)
- what you want for christmas (idk, it's soonish.)
- winter

What I Am Against: make a sig supporting a movement or ideology that you do not agree with in a way which supports it
About a Poem: contest holder posts a poem of their choice and everyone creates their graphic interpretation of that poem
Battledome: a sig about the Neopets Battledome
Vices: What keeps you from being your best

This is a nice idea but... I don't know, do we really need this? So far I think people came up with awsome ideas for the contests they run, didn't they? And I like the surprise when a new SOTW comes out and I see the theme for the first time and think about what I would do, when I wouldn't suck at graphics.

yeah sure. it might be a good thing, i remeber one or two people who couldn't think of a theme. but as far as i know those let someone else run their sotws and those others came up with nice ideas aswell.

I know we are supposed to keep conversation to a minimum here but Spielberg Challenge is seriously the BEST SOTW idea I have ever heard. Honestly- the coolest idea ever.

You mean when calum took over for someone else, and came up with absolutely nothing for his theme?

This is a good idea. If someone can't come up with a theme, they have plenty of suggestions.

Hm. Coming from a graphics/colour/art standpoint, here's some ideas:

-Collaboration (self-explanatory)
-Stockless/Handicapped (as in you use only what's default in your graphics program or no stocks/renders.)
-Typography (Focal point has to be text)
