I get precisely 21 days for my break, and that's the only free time I'm gonna have for another 4 months so I've decided to be super productive during that time.

On my list:
-watch all the movies I didn't have time to watch
-finish these two books I borrowed 3 weeks ago
-learn haskell
-update my hypem downloader, turn it into a firefox addon
-hang out with friends, haven't seen some of them since the break after summer semester
-gym 5 days a week

Share your plans :D

That means you have free time. The only reason the short break excites me is because the spare time does not come easy...

-Sleep 80% of the time home

I will sleep a lot when I am physically in my house because I'm a sleep deprived college student

I'm not going to be home at all during my break. I'll be traveling around meeting old friends/infinite cousins/indistinct people that don't come to mind. So when I do get home, I'll sleep.

I was familiar with your plight 2 semesters ago. But now I choose my classes specifically so I get enough sleep. Next semester the earliest class I have is 9:30 and only on a tuesday =D I love it so much!

    What break?

I get 9 days off and during that time i have to:

read a 200 page dossier on the drug Pradaxa and do some of my own research to determine if its benefits outweigh the costs enough to cover that on a formulary over warfarin for its current indication of afib.

read about 50 pages each for my Pharmacology, Therapeutics, and Medicinal Chemistry classes as I have 3 exams right when I come back.

try to see some friends from undergrad who live in the area because I've been antisocial all year

    2 christmas parties

    1 new years eve party

Well this this, my friend is going to invite me for a sleepover during this time. Although, there may or may not be personal problems dealt with at the same time. It depends on a certain person's cooperation.

Otherwise, just sleeping and procrastinating, as normal. /lolboring

I took 3 weeks off work, so I finally get to leave this shit hole and go back to England. I'm gonna spend 3 weeks with my girlfriend and family and be as unproductive as possible. Other than Christmas, New Year and meeting up with Calum/a few other friends, the only plan I have is to make no plans, and I can't fucking wait.

    My days in the holidays:
    • Wake up, go on Neocodex
    • Go plug in iPod and leave Abrosia running for a few hours
    • Play games
    • Stop Abrosia at lunchtime to simulate sanity
    • Go play game instead of getting food
    • (Optional) Call some friends and go out.
    • Restart Abrosia, now stopping every hour or so until 3, when I'll stop until about 6/7-ish
    • Play games & toilet break
    • Go back on Neocodex and talk some more
    • Have dinner
    • Restart Abrosia
    • Play games until bedtime
Repeat until I have to go back to school. :D

I actually want to take a little break from Neopets, but alas, Habitarium is such an obstacle. x)
I'm going to Whistler to ski/snowboard with a couple of friends and family for three days. :3

I have free time, but most of it is being too tired or I'm out doing other crap to get by.

So, not a whole lot of time for fun.

Pretty much...I've been wanting to learn something new(only know C,C++ and ruby) and haskell seems really interesting. Knowing a functional language might look good on a resume, specially if it's a dev position. On the other hand it's seldom used professionally and maybe my time would be better spent learning something like python or perl. I wish I had time to learn them all :p

I have free time, but most of it is being too tired or I'm out doing other crap to get by.

So, not a whole lot of time for fun.

It definitely beats studying all day long.

And for New Years I'll be having loads of funtimes playing video games and snuggling with my fiancé <3 I'm also gonna try and fix my sleeping pattern.. Going to bed at 6am and waking up at 4pm isn't all that great to be honest :p
