Would someone mind helping me by explaining how to set up a proxy? I have been running Ambrosia off of my home IP address and I haven't thought anything of it but I really don't want my main iced.

Okay I was kinda looking for something specific. I am running my side account in IE and my main I only ever run in Firefox.

So no browser sync and no proxy protection. I am wanting to be safer about this. So please help me out here?
