holding down the f5 rule only applied to the old neopets before they disabled the random events happening on the same page. They now have it so that it only gives out items if you go from page to page but back in the day it never used to matter if you did it all on one page or on a bunch. People used to leave their comptuers on over night and get tons of items by leaving something on their keyboard overnight.
