The rules seem a bit vague around artwork. I was just wondering whether you had to actually *draw* your own artwork from scratch or whether using artwork created using existing Neopets artwork was also allowed (and in with a chance of winning)?

Anyone know? I don't recognise any of the artwork from recent winners as Neo artwork (backgrounds/captions etc) but that doesn't mean they're not (I have a terrible memory).

Well in the user look up spotlight I see the use of NC backgrounds a lot.

I'm pretty sure you can use already existing artwork, as long as it's drawn by NEOPETS and not another user.
I recall seeing userlookups that didn't have original artwork in them & still won the spotlight. They just blended together a bunch of Neopets images and made it look gorgeous.

I think most if not all user lookups have taken their designs from Here!
