i want to use proxy but i am not sure its safety

you can still be frozen for cheating/using programs under a proxy.
Proxies' purpose are you protect your main account from getting chain iced.
If your shell / ABing account is under a proxy, it looks a tad less suspecious when you're transferring items & np between two accounts

Yes. That's what the proxies are for.

Just make sure you are not going to mess up things. Don't forget to turn your proxies on/off etc.

Also consider where you get your proxies. If they're free and and easily accessible proxies by anyone, chances are that someone else may be cheating with those same proxies. If anyone using those proxies gets frozen by one person, then ALL users of that one proxy are under risk of being frozen. If you have paid, private proxies, then there's nothing to worry about

I AB like 8 hours a day on a shell and dont use a proxy my nor my shell or my main have been banned yet think its just luck to be fair

Proxies don't decrease your risk of getting frozen, it just helps prevent a chain freeze /for example; if Bob has multiple accounts and doesn't use proxies, if one of his accounts gets iced for ABing/etc. chances are that his other accounts will be chain frozen as well/
