#2 & #5 are the best.
Would've voted for #3 if only the animation wasn't so choppy.

It seems like #5 was added after I voted, but I still prefer #2.

number 5 is lovely. I hate when bitches do their eyeliner like that, but I love all the pinks and lavenders and cyan and all the bubbles.
I also might have voted for the gif if it had been smoother. It's just going way too slow.
The Urusula one could be improved if she wasn't so blurry and.. I dunno. I just feel like sometimes the text takes away from the sig. The text also bothers me on the Sponge Bob sig, but LOL at Flounder and Sebastian being in there. I don't get much of an underwater feel from the anime sig, except for the coloring. If you changed the color to yellow, I'd have no idea they were underwater. These sigs just weren't my cup of tea.

The 2 characters in #2 looks like Mi Nam and Taekyung from You're Beautiful. xD

I like 2, but I'm curious about how much work was actually done from the original image. I thought of the little mermaid when I saw "under the sea", and even though it's a bit blurry, 1 is pretty cool. It gets my vote.

#3 Would be my fav if it wasn't so sloooooooow. And some people's sigs are all the same in each contest That's so not fun, this time I'm not voting
