I don't believe so, you just wouldn't be able to do an Illusen quest that day.

No, you maintain your progress on each quest chain regardless of doing one for the other faerie. Your progress only gets reset is if you fail a quest.

Yeah, and furthermore you just need to wait 12:01 from your last Illusen/Jhudora quest before you do another one. I know every thinks its just one a day but its really just one every 12 hours.
