I've gotten a couple quest-crafting faeries too.

Junjun stated in a status that changing the language to Chinese would prevent the crafting faeries from asking for quests, it has been working for me for 2 days now.
(but then it could be luck, I can't be sure) Better luck though seeing I got 3 battle faeries.

It's not possible to receive Crafting Faerie quests when your language is set to either Italian, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean because you wouldn't have access to the NC Mall

It's stupid that they get rid of the NC Mall header.. thingy..... but not the neoboards for Japanese, Korean, and Italian though ~
(If you try to view the boards in either of those languages it'll give an error ("ネオボードは日本語、韓国語、イタリア語ではご利用になれません。"/etc.) that says that the boards aren't available in said languages)
