It's not possible to receive Crafting Faerie quests when your language is set to either Italian, Chinese, Japanese, or Korean because you wouldn't have access to the NC MallSpoiler
It's stupid that they get rid of the NC Mall header.. thingy..... but not the neoboards for Japanese, Korean, and Italian though~
(If you try to view the boards in either of those languages it'll give an error ("ネオボードは日本語、韓国語、イタリア語ではご利用になれません。" /etc.) that says that the boards aren't available in said languages)
Change your language to Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Italian?got the fawking crafting faerie for the THIRD day in a row.

Oooohhh, that makes sense!! I guess I'll just have to start going on Neo in Japanese then or something~

FINALLY got a Fountain Faerie quest today!! 
I also got a Faerie Queen quest, Earth Faerie, and Light Faerie quest today. I'm normally not this lucky haha

Since you have a paid subscription to NeoCodex, that decision between Zombie and Desert would be a no-brainer in the near future
