Yes, Neopets still offers a million neopoints if youi can get to the shrine on ti'me. It is very hard and very rare though.

Don't waste your ti'me worrying about it. I doubt they're giving out a million every day and even if they do your chances of getting it are virtually none.

I Heard That It's Not Nightly, But On The Last Day Of Every Month At Midnight (That's Tonight).  And Even If You DO Get It At Midnight, It's Still Random.

You can get it randomly but you can also get it (or from what I heard) that every 100 items you donate to the money tree the ti'me can increse by 1 seconds and it could go up to that until you can get to 40 extra seconds so you would have to get there at 12:00 to 0 to 40 seconds.  Sorry if It sounds confusing.    But like many other people said, just forget about it.  Just use a program to get that much.

I made a post about that a while ago, maybe u saw it from there, but yeah that is true, however you can only get an extra 3 seconds added on it doesn't give u 40 extra seconds, that would be cool though. and u have to make all the doantions within the month. so u can hurry up and donate 300 items before midnight and try to get it. but then u will start back at 0 donations

I dont think its at midnight I think its completly random and its only like 5 seconds every day or somthing like that I saw that one a website but of corse that could be wrong and way up there some one talked about it in the editorials teh qustion was dose coltzans shrine relly give 1million neopoints and the response was yes it dose but you chances of getting it is 1 in 1000000
