I like to think privately a lot, about my position in life and the raw truth of things. I'm...different in real life, but quite content with such a position. I like to think myself a fairly strong writer/speaker, although I could be mistaken. I think Scottish public schools are a joke (which I am a part of) and tend to take a more conservative-approach to Scottish politics. I like to read, but only when it's on my own accord, almost NEVER when it is assigned reading by a teacher. I prefer email to texting- I don't even know if my phone can text. I am learning German. And fractions are our friends.

But you will never see a good portion of who I am online.

Feel free to ask me about stuff. I don't run a multi-million dollar website, so I tend to be pretty open.

And unlike some people, I have a soul! Many people have tried, but I made my own Soul Firewall.

All my life I had been looking for something, and everywhere I turned someone tried to tell me what it was. I accepted their answers too, though they were often in contradiction and even self-contradictory. I was naïve. I was looking for myself and asking everyone except myself questions which I, and only I, could answer. It took me a long time and much painful boomeranging of my expectations to achieve a realization everyone else appears to have been born with: that I am nobody but myself.

I'm not sure about others, but I don't like to be told that I must read so many pages in one night. It removes the joy of letting the story follow its natural progression and becomes more of a chore.

Exactly as you said, I enjoy reading but being told to read when I don't feel like reading is not fun for me. I enjoy to read when I feel like reading.

I used to be an old member of alot of forums that aren't around anymore...but that was back when I was a teenager 6 years ago. So I guess you could say I'm an ancient resurrected member of sorts. I don't think I have ever been on this forum, so if you wanna make nice with me, I wont mind. lol

Hey Jess nice to meet you I used to be on other forums ages ago but the first time I have been on Codex which I found just as I restarted playing neopets again. I can't hold on to me teenage years for much longer as I am told to be a big boy in 9 months
