Most people use $5 / 1mil as the basic going rate--that's my experience at least offsite.

Yeah, no.
Over here it goes at 1.75-2
Some sites dedicated to sell game currency have that kind of rates and even higher, as some people feel its safer than buying from individual form a forum. Stupid, I know...I don't even think that's off sites'...
