I don't mind collaborating monetarily speaking or by any other means.
I just want to help you guys.
Edit: I can make a Facebook page to keep members informed (real time) or keep your twitter page up to date. I really do have too much time on my hands.

Thank you for the consideration . Right now, we just need to do a few more things on the new server before we can start moving things over. I think things are stable on the current dreamhost server so until we can finish up with the new one, this will have to do. Hopefully we can move things over without too much downtime though.Is there anyway members can help?

At the time this news post was made, it was only 8 hours. Then it became 2 to 3 days.For me, it was like 2/3 days, so idk where you got 8 hours from.
But at least getting a new server is good! Thank you guys ^^;
Needless to say, we have some moving of hosts to do.

Same here, kept refreshing ncodex's page and dreamhost's pages frequently for the updates. I'm sorry for dreamhost, sad days await them..

Pyro and I have no good idea how to fix this, so we're currently trying to reinstall the python backend software that powers the program manager since there seems to be stuff missing. Because the host is still running tasks on the server, our commands are often not being accepted or are talking an eon to load. Sorry for the delay.
Update {whatever time it is now}:
Program Manager is back!
Stay tuned from the admins about compensation for the downtime. Very sorry this had to happen.

For those that want a little read, here is what caused our downtime: Dreamhost
We weren't the only ones affected, however this downtime has been the final straw for us and another server is being prepared. Hopefully the site will remain stable until then.
Hydrogen and Shadowlink spent most of yesterday setting up the new server, and I dare say most of today as well.
Why are they doing more work now that they retired?

I seem to recall reading something about a transition period.....

i know this is probably unrealistic and doubt anything will be able to happen, but will there be any source of compensation for non-advanced members (that have posts and are proven to be not fake? such as myself )
It was an issue beyond our control but I'm sure the admins will work something out.
