I would like to lower my MS so that I can buy UB items. I only restock at AAA for safety (I only have one old main account which I do all my playing and ABing on).

Would it help to run the AB on my linode VPS server? If so, which location would be best?
Tokyo, JP, London UK, Newark NJ US, Atlanta GA US, Dallas TX US or Fremont CA US?

Also, do you think I should change my settings?

You know it would really help if you posted how many MS you are currently buying at.

It would also be worth noting that your own connection speed, VPN server location, and the VPN itself will all be adding lag to your buy times. So you will have to adjust based on the times you are getting in those individual locations.

I was thinking about running it directly on the server.

I'm not at home now but at school I'm getting 3700ms.

I would slowly lower the settings until you get your buy times around 1900~2200ms. That is a safe range.

    For main shops or attic.

If you only AB at the AAA, you may want to lower your Attic Page Delay a little o:
If your buy times at the AAA are ~3700ms that's fine though

Although, if you plan on ABing at the main shops as well and those are your buy times, I'd recommend lowering your OCR Page Delay until your buy times are ~1500ms, which is close to how fast manually restockers usually buy items at
(&It may also be helpful to lower your haggle percent, especially if you start getting haggle rejected)

Mainshops are 2200ms right now. So should I try lowering OCR by, say, 0.4sec?

A VPS as close to California as possible would be the best in most cases (depending on their individual connections of course).

What is your current OCR Page Delay?
--If your setting is still at 1-1.4 seconds from your first post, then I wouldn't recommend lowering it by that much o: ~ Stray to around 0.7-0.8 and see how that goes

If you've previously changed your OCR though, I'd need to know what it currently is (since I'm not a mind-reader cx) o:

Lowering both pre-haggle values and ocr page delay values would speed up your buy times.
You should lower both of them until you get a speed you're satisfied with.

Edit: And the AAA page delay too, since you're abing at attic.

How much should I lower it per experiment? 0.1 or 0.2?

0.1 or 0.2 is fine. If it's not much of an improvement, you might need to lower even more, but to be safe you can just constantly lower by 0.1~0.2.

It does look okay, but you have to buy something to know what the speed is. xD

I always thought anything above ~1500-1600ms was rather slow. I'm buying at 1200-2100 ms and missing a lot of things. I want to lower mine, but would that be unwise? =/

So TNT bans accounts for autobuying based on their ms? Or are there other factors that come into play ?

More or less based on activity, it probably gets flagged when you buy super fast ALL the time, or something.
Nobody can really say as nobody here works for neopets.

    Due to the poor 400+ping
My fastest attic buy time is always 1000+ms(buy delay 0.01)
There is no way for me to buy any attic item
And I've worked out that the buytime about 1900-2000 in magic shop, battle, defense still can cause frozen in long run.
As for stamp, I don't know.
