What are your settings in abrosia for the General wait delay times?

First off there's no M in Abrosia. I have very good luck with 3.0-6.0 refresh times. Individual results may vary.

OH I always thought that the lower (1,2) will get you more likely to get frozen! I never knew it was only restock ban:p

Actually, if you refresh at that insane rate all the time, you're probably going to get iced as well. It's not just a restock ban. You'll ALWAYS run a risk of getting frozen when you're using an AB-er; the level of the risk depends on how smart you are when you're using Abrosia. Cause I'm not advanced, my personal settings are 8s - 30s. I'm pretty sure that's a conservative estimate, but I've never been iced so far.

Just because of the 2, it seems like you'd get rs banned rather quickly. I always have a minimum of 3-4, and a maximum of 6-1p. But I change it all around in between there to keep it different =)

Just curious, but does anyone run any autoplayers while restocking or is that way too risky?

I use 7-12 and make more then enough.
