I understand that getting lent through codex will probably cost me something.... Anyone willing to lend me? And if so, for how much? :)

There will be a thread in the Trading Post when someone is lending.

You probably can't see that yet.

No, you are severely misguided. To see the trading section, you have to be active for a week and have made at least one post on the boards here.

Also, you no longer get advanced status just by simply posting 500 non-spam posts. You have to be successfully nominated and voted in by existing advanced members OR pay for an advanced membership.

Irrelevant posts are traditionally just ignored and allowed to die.
Rarely, they're closed when answered, and never deleted.
