That's pretty cool... one thing that i saw someone do a couple days ago was that there was this certain item that was priced on our database at 68K
But there were hardly any on the trading post. Someone got a bunch of the items and had one on each one of his shells... then he put 3 of them on the trading post for 800k (one on each account)
and on his 4th account he would put it in the TP for 400K.... and he was "quick selling" the same item for 400K when it was only worth around 70K... but since people where seeing
that 3 other poeple on the trading post were asking for 800K they thought they were getting a super good deal.

This shit shouldn't be a freezable offense. Makes me wish Neo was a lot more like EvE online. There the developers get involved only when there's some ridiculous sums of (irl) money being scammed, like when that one guy stole all the money from a corporation and sold it for like 5000 AUS$

NC. That's all. I wasted a lot of time and money on NC investing that didn't go far 'cause i got fuckin' lazy.

Like three years ago I bought tons of petpets. Like Noils and others around the same price.
I thought they would rise in price. I stopped playing neo for awhile and when I came back they were worth 300np or something like that. I was outraged to the max. lol

Yeah. That's something I would do if I had time for more than one account. Maybe in June... I mean July...

My first and only attempt at reselling was a total flop. I have neither the time nor the patience to deal with it so now I'm left with a bunch of HTS items in my SDB and a big fat loss...

I had a really good reselling gig lined up...found this chick with a plushie gallery who wanted to buy every plushie that wasn't in her gallery from me. I was buying all these HTS plushies really low from people who wanted to get rid of them and selling them within minutes to this girl for 100k+ profit per plushie. So we do at least 3-4 trades and I'm raking it in, and I'm promptly putting that money in to the next set of plushies she wants to buy. So I buy the next 4 on her list and mail her so she can offer on them. She doesn't reply for a while but she's showing up as online, so I check her lookup to mail her again....when I find out her account has been frozen.

So now I have 1.4m in HTS plushies with no buyers lined up, rotting away in my inventory. T___T

Let those rot away in your trades instead. Collectors will offer in time.

all my investments are NC. and they all end horribly. trading my gmc wig for a couple ny in fls just before the bd caps were released made me completely give up on nc altogether.
and its not really a failed investment, but i did buy like 50 skarl and saskia trick or treat bags when they were given out, before i realized i'd have to buy a few hundred to really make a difference xD

Lab Maps. I haven't really 'invested' in them as such, but with the way prices look like they're heading right now, I have a feeling those people that have paid heaps for them are going to be kicking themselves xD

I saved a couple of the high end books from last years TrickorTreat bags, I could have sold at 90k+ when they were release, I dumped both for 6K last week. Not sure how I messed up.

AST, I got for average of 250K and they are about 380 last I checked. Not a great investment for over a year.

Judgement call on whether this is a failed investment or not. About 8 years ago, I purchased a "Desk Lamp" for 600k. I found out other players were buying and selling at 200k; so what do I do? Buy up all but one left on the TP, so I can fix the price myself. The account was shortly thereafter frozen, but I had managed to sell a few in the mean time for around 400k.

EDIT: Just looked up "desk lamp" in the item database; it no longer exists. No way of knowing what item they magicked it into either... ah well, it would have been nice to see just how much I would have made :p
