Personally I could not stand Sansa in the books and am totally hating her in the TV series.

She definitely gets a lot of hate, but getting through King's Landing alive and (for the most part) healthy gave me a lot of respect for her character. Last episode really showed her ability to adapt, using--what I assume to be--what she learned in the capitol in terms of lying.

 

(ahhh, and I definitely have been meaning to read the books)

Why is Rickon on Skagos, and will Ser Davos manage to "save" him? Tommen and Myrcella will probably die, because of the prophecy. "Gold shall be their crowns, and gold their shrouds" said the Maegi. I don't like where Arya's storyline is going, she is an 11 yo girl who murders people with cold blood... and she is one of the fans' favourite? wtf?

Who cares that she's 11? Hound killed when he was 12. Dany was gonna have Drogo's child at 13. Arya's been around a lot of killers. The show doesn't stress it so much, because the writers think we're all fucking stupid, but Arya has gone through so many identity changes that it only makes sense for her to be The Stranger. All the Starks represent one of the new gods. She's the bringer of death. Might as well travel to Braavos learn to be good at it.

Dany is so stupid. Look at Selmy all kissing her ass now when he was groveling at King Robert's feet not long ago. So someone tried to poison you once, and who stopped it? Stupid ass, he truly was on your side before the dragons. And the acting was so so very bad. I read the books, and it still shocked me. The way that they did the prosthetics... and gore..... just damn Oberyn gd. It's kind of hurting that there are only two episodes left for this season.

i got to agree, people should check out the literature version,  i had read game of thrones a few years back, though i have not touch A dance with dragons yet =(

 

but i feel books are generally better then movie or tv series that tries to visualize it. IMAGINATION!

I feel like they didn't make Oberyn cool enough in the show. I was like, "Yeah this muthafuckin' badass from Dorne!" reading the books. I was like "Poor man's Antonio Banderas" for the show. I didn't care about his death in the book, though, because I've been wanting Tyrion to die for a long time already.
