I found an old post by eggy on here. I clicked his name and saw he made a new autobuyer.
I did some searching and found a copy, scared to test it..
Has anyone else ever used it?
I know back in the Slopdog days he released Vibe autobuyer with a password stealer on it, hopefully he didn't do the same with this.

Honestly wouldn't use anything but Abrosia, since it's the only one guaranteed to be safe, in more ways than one.

Common sense says though if the guy has attempted theft once, he'll do it again.

If he's known to be a password stealer why would you risk it? Abrosia's great and doesn't nick your details!

Cause I don't have money for advanced, or the NP to trade for it, so I'm trying to get NP somehow :[

If you're willing to reap the potential rewards of using that autobuyer, you should be prepared to carry the potential risks.
How you assess the risks is up to you. Personally, I wouldn't ask anyone here because chances are very few have used it. If you really want to test it's safety, do it yourself: create a shell and try it on that.

But you're being silly. Abrosia is secure and user-friendly- you know what you're getting.

Edit: you don't need advanced to make NP using abrosia. You need a smidgen of intelligence. Use lists and find a shop which suits you.

^ This is true. I've made 700k abing in the past couple days without advanced. And that's only abing for like 1-2 hours at most :D You can do just fine, then buy yourself some advanced ;D

It's the 8 second wait time that kills me. I had it running for awhile and missed all the restocks :(

What shops are generally good to AB in with the wait time?

It's all about luck. It's possible to miss a restock with advanced too, just less likely.
But I think bakery, books and pharmacy are not so competitive as stamps and clothes. :)

:o I just use the codex lists that are already in the program. I make most of my profit from attic items but also it buys me lots of books, plushies and furniture :) Sometimes there is hard to shift school supplies but generally it's a very good and profitable programme, even for non-advanced.

I was hoping a programmer would come in and give some advice.. I was leaning more towards that as well.
I used to emjoy the old abers he made.. then he went all darkside.

I have advanced but i keep all the regular member settings... hahha crazy hu?

sometimes i lower my haggle times but not really. Just try out abrosia and get to know it. You will like it a lot once you get the feel for it.

Just use abrosia, "safe" neopoints is better then no neopoints.

most people said that advance subscription would pay for itself rather fast, maybe you should buy advance for neopoints?

Abrosia does not offer "safe" neopoints at the cost of earning less. It is a tool and its effectiveness depends on how you use it. If you don't know how to use it effectively, advanced will not help. You also need to be realistic with regards to the pofits you can make per time period- considering connections and what not.

Also, he has said he doesn't have enough neopoints to buy advanced.

Eggy made many good, safe programs back in the day. He also made custom programs which contained password stealers. Just stick with Codex programs

The seed autobuyer was released with the source. So if you don't trust it you can just compile it yourself :)

I am not sure if it still works though. It did the last time I checked.

Sorry for that last noob question, but is there a "safest time" to use programs? When TNT is off, or does it even matter?

Tried it on a shell. It just keeps refreshing the shop, while telling me I logged in everytime it does. Oh well.

You can probably put 'sorry for my English' in your signature and not have to type it out each time.

I also use Abrosia whether I have advanced or not. It still works.

I second this. I knew him and I wouldn't touch anything. He was very good at programming, but in the end he was a bit greedy.

There is no safest time. A lot of the freezings related to ABing are done via script, especially with Magic and Stamp. Just do your best to stay out of those stores, keep your times safe, and don't get greedy and you'll be okay.
