The image of a dreamcatcher on a gibeataw is rather disturbing. Why mess around with a m'iqm'aq magic? Likely a dream catcher on the skin would entrap really bad things.
So i am guessing any of these would be out of the question for you...

As far as I know, the goetic demons are a part of Christian mythology, and nothing to do with native American religion at all.

Just figured since he was disturbed my the magical aspect of the dream catcher... then tattooing a summoning circle for a demon would be out of the question lol
