The smudge brush settings is a basic circle brush at 90% strength. (Yeah, nothing fancy.)
Oh, also, if you want to suggest something for my next PSD, feel free to post here. It doesn't guarantee that I'll do it, but if I think it's interesting and feasible for me, I will.
This is NOT a signature request. Please only suggest things like cloudy smudge, sparkly animation, etc. Do not suggest specific characters. You can, however, post an image/signature with a style that you'd like me to imitate.
