I recently found an account and in the bank there's a million neopoints should I take all of it out to AB? Is there a chance all the money can get stolen from a random event? and is there some shop where they sell expensive items where I can resell for major profit?

Just take out a portion of it, most items don't stock in shops for huge amounts of money.

Also, there are events like the Tax Beast that can take a % of your money if you're unlucky enough to get it.

150k-300k is enough unless you are abing in Magic or merifoods

You can use the item database to find out how much it restocks at the shop. For merifood, the highest one is around 1.6mil...

Magic, the most expensive is 1mil.. but there's a large number of them at around 50 - 100k.. so if you wish to buy multiple.. 1mil+ is a good start..

It's very highly unlikely that you'll hit those sort of Random Events so I wouldn't worry too much either. Or you could still take out more Neopoints than usual and hope for a trophy if that interests you xD

On topic: There's a random event where all your neopoints get stolen and all your pets get sick..... but you end up waking up in a bad dream. xD

you should take it all out. you never know when you might leave the ab on for extended periods of time and when you come back and check it you see you missed items because of insufficient funds.
besides those random events are rare
