I think each game has its unique code set recorded. The uploader of the game must be a neopets player so he/she has already used the codes that its game generates. (or another neopets player who downloaded the game and got the codes before us?)

I can't think of anything else..

Well, better get your own copy!

I got another code, and only the last 5 digits of the code are different than the first one. The others should be copy-specific if I guess right.

It appears this code was already redeemed.

Same result for this code as well. I'll just buy my own copy like you said, it shouldn't be expensive..

I think the codes are console-copy specific.

Right, thats how they pack all 10 codes. The beginning of the codes are the same for the same copy, and only can be used once. I don't know if 1 copy generates more than 10 codes or not (probably it does)

EDIT: Probably I won't be able to buy the game. (We have nothing about neopets here) Probably I can't find a buy&download version of this game either, right?

To tell you the truth, you are doing the codes for the DS version wrong. The codes are unique per system meaning you are going to have to use a real DS or get an unique firmware for your emulator.

I didn't want to burst any bubbles yet but I already disassembled the code generation so I can generate a full set of codes when I feel like it.

Mmm, so I should be able to get codes using my rom + flash cart, right? :o Since I'm playing the game on an actual DS~

Wouldn't the PC version work? Why is everyone trying to get the DS one?

I'm aware of that, in fact that's what Coil does(or did). I got both Puzzle Adventure and Quizara's from him.

On a slightly off-topic note, I was curious to see how much the PC version costed, and those sneaky bastards at Nick throw in a "backup CD" into your cart when you add the game in.

It's worse off that the disc costed $1 more than the game did.

So just to confirm, if I have a real DS + R4, then I can get a set of working codes?

You can get yourself a flash cart! God are those things awesome ♥

The best ones on the market right now are Supercard DS 2 (SCDS2) and Acekards ^^ Avoid R4 clones/M3s though~

Tip: If you're using a flashcard, you can download a SAV file to save time on getting the codes (unless you want to play it for fun anyways). There's one on gamefaqs with gameplay completed and the codes unlocked that I used to get the theme on my main account.

I believe the unique codes are tied to the DS, so if you have more than one DS to insert the cartridge into, it should give you a different code (assuming I'm right about it being tied to the DS). I can't test it myself since I only have one DS but it's worth a try.

I guess uninstalling and reinstalling the game on the same pc won't work to get new set of codes, right?

I keep playing on different computers to get new codes, but is there an easier way for it?

Well if you are able to figure out how the codes are being generated then it would be a breeze. xD
