Though it is unsafe to AB in Magic, however the profit in Magic is high enough even if just bought two or one item.
I've tested for a few days AB in Magic with the following setting:

when: the time about or less than 7,000 online
pre-haggle:0.3-0.4
ocr:0.25-0.4
buy time: 1950-2500ms
profit more than: 1.5m

and only buy one item per day.
The average time it takes is about 2-3hr to bought a 1.5m over item including missed.
The time I spend in shop isn't very long, and most of time I don't make an action of buy.

I don't know if it were safe or not?
Does any one AB in Magic for a long term and have not been frozen?

Wait 3 weeks and see if you're frozen or not =/ Even legit people get frozen there.

As for your OCR and Pre-haggle times, I'm guessing your connection is moderately not as fast as the expected speeds. That's why your buy times are in the 2000's despite OCR + PH being less than 800 ms. Don't take my word for this, but you may just be safe. I won't say the borderline safe times in magic (wasn't frozen for <2 months with suicidal-ish times), but I can say you're well above it and you'll last decently long there. Ever since then, I stopped bothering with magic because selling the potions is a bitchl.

If your account looks like a real main: 0% freeze
If your account is a shell: 30% freeze

I've restock in Magic by hand(3-5sec buy time) for a long time, and it's just too tired and wasted me lots of time.
As the net-speed you mentioned above, my delay is around 1.2 sec, then, 1.9-2.0 buytime are still reasonable for me personally.
Anyway , thanks for you help, you give me confidence
I'll keep testing and post if I were fail or not after weeks ;)

Agreed, also with the Magic shop I have seen people start ABing and refresh in there for a few days, not getting a single item yet, and get frozen for ABing. So your buy times will not necessarily keep you safe, no matter how high they are.

That's interesting, I've been running a troop of refresher accounts in there for the last 2 or so days, with <1 second refresh times and no breaks, having one account buy all the items,

The buying account was frozen (Unsurprising, a 4 monther that got 15 potions in 2 days) and the refresher accounts are still fine.

Basically, if you stay in the shop for reasonable ammounts of time (E.g. no longer than an hour without a break) you refresh at a reasonable rate (E.g. 2<x<15; X being refresh time) buy items at a reasonable rate (>1.5 seconds) And, this is the key part: Display signs of petlag, you will pass checks even if you are flagged.

I think petlag is just the lag when surf in neopet, not quite sure though.

I AB magic everyday for around 6 hours. Thought I don't know if I'm being watched by the TNT or not I feel safe. I use my main acount, and play games, guild, neoboards etc etc to look legit.

I think getting frozen if just totally random. TNT is taking shots in dark and hitting legit and illegit players at the same time. Keep your amount of time in the shop low, play neopets/look legit and I'd think you'd be fine =/

This just shows that you know nothing about restocking. Pet lag occurs at the haggle page when you click on the pet to verify buying the item. It usually happens in magic and when it does happen most likely you won`t get the item because the lag will keep you at the haggle page for like 10 seconds or more then you will be brought to the Sold out page or you have bought....

It`s not normal neo lag too, because you can be browsing the whole site without lag but when you click on the pet verificiation you will then only experience the lag.

    This guide explains it.

No need to be belittling/rude. You are on a cheating site. Not many people "legit restock". I personally don't have the patience.
    Thanks for the answer though.

Man, I was a legit restocker for years and I've never even HEARD the term "petlag".

It's a common thing, especially when restocking in Magic.. Did you ever frequent the RS + Chat boards? Anyways, a common occurence was EVERYONE getting petlag on certain items - e.g. Draik/krawk MPs (Possible TNT check for autobuyers?), Abrosia is one of the few autobuyers I know that doesn't actually experience petlag, (I use others that do, and they generally have a much lower ban rate in magic)

I'm planning on bringing this up with Slinky, to see if it's worth implementing/looking at.

There are other things too settings wise that can make you look far more legit (But these are private until I decide I have enough NP)
