Is it possible to run 2 or more AB with different settings and account? Will it get messed up or something?

You'll be able to by downloading the program manager twice and run them both at the same time. Just make sure to use a proxy on one of them.

I think you can run 2 PM (program managers) with Sanboxie.

It runs programs in 2 (or more) different windows sessions.
