It might sound strange but can you try installing MSN Messenger first and then see if it works? You can uninstall it again afterwards.

It's probably also worth mentioning, in advance of the next problem, that your Neopets interface will need to be in English for any of our programs to function.

So it's all working fine now?

I think it should load in English by default in the programs because it won't have the language cookie set.

I don't think so, because I'm Yosh's cousin, and we are both italians, and it works for him, why not for me?

Same problem...

Maybe you have another version of program manager installed? Is this your first time installing it on that PC?

Try upgrading your .NET framework.

My question's always been -- what does MSN Messenger have to do with Python? But, Laser says it's a fix for some things. :p

It includes some required files which we apparently don't, it's worked in the past for a couple of people. :p

But what do we use that is from the .NET platform? That's so strange :p

Is it working for you now Ninoo?

Not sure. Maybe py2exe uses something from .NET? When I use py2app in Mac, it doesn't need anything from .NET. :p

I think the MSN Messenger installer probably includes something like C++ runtime files which we don't, I don't think it would have anything to do with .NET.
