Earlier yesterday I noticed I couldn't create a new account on neopets. Now I just noticed that I can't play Qasalan Expellibox. Again I've tried different ip's, different computers, and different browsers. The game doesn't load. Posted Image Here's a screenshot of how it looks like when i go to the page. Is there some settings that i have turned off or something? Only this game doesn't work. All the other games work. Sorry if the screeny is a bit big.

It may be a flash player issue with Chrome.

Are you able to visit YouTube and watch videos?

This sometimes happens to my PC too but I just restart my PC and it works again. lol.

yep I am. It also shows up like that on firefox. I'm not sure why its specifically this game. All the other games work perfectly fine. And it only started happening to qasalan expellibox about 3 days ago

Sometimes things like Flash take a while to load. Happens to me on devinatART when I had a shit computer. How long did you wait for it to load?

I waited a minute on the page. usually when chrome or firefox is still loading they have a small animation on the top right corner. I waited for that to finish and waited a minute.

I remember I had that issue on my mom's laptop at one point, and it just meant something wasn't up to date. Just check and make sure everything is updated.

maybe your adobe plugin is just generally out of date? try updating it and it should update in every browser.

Has happened to me as well. I updated Flash and such, and it worked. Maybe try that?

I haven't had this problem before, but are you in a country where the NC Mall isn't available?

    (of course, it's probably a browser/flash issue)

Have you updated java? Also, it's possible that your antivirus is doing something.

Try to uninstall your browser and reinstall again...

Look at the symbol above the wrench icon. That usually means there is an update available and it can't be installed until you restart. Just go to "About Google Chrome" and it will check and install any updates. After that, it will provide an easy button that will restart the browser and reload all your tabs and windows (the other option is to completely close out Chrome after verifying updates have been successfully installed).

Also, what extensions are you using? Some have been known to wreck havoc with plug-ins.

Google chrome says its up to date now, Java, and Flash are both up to date. My extensions are proxy switchy and adblockplus. Game still doesn't load even when I disable proxy switchy.
