I don't really understand your question to much but i'll give it a shot 
When you say faster I assume to find more items? Well you are an advanced member so try lowering the refresh time. That should help. Everyone misses items as well. It's kind of based on your internet connection speed and well a lot of other people are doing the same thing your doing so your not going to get every single item You could try lowering your profit minimum and that should help.

Go to settings<program settings. At the top you should see "General wait delay". Lower the range of seconds.
Make sure you don't put something crazy though like 1 second. Choose a range that fits your internet speed.
