Default settings are good settings. That's why they are the default.
General recommendations include staying out of Magic and Stamps.

I can understand Magic, but why Stamps?

Both of those shops have a high freeze rate. Although Stamps seems to be a LOT safer than Magic. It all depends on the way you AB there too. Conservative buy times (nothing sub 800ms) will keep you a lot safer, however, if you go buying a tonne of UB's in a short period, don't get greedy. This is when people make mistakes and get frozen.
