That's never happened before. Did TNT change something with haggling?

Nope, sometimes it gets rejected because what you offered isn't sufficient or too high.

Happens all the time. I've been missing stuff due to rejected haggles for days now. It's really rather depressing.

I never changed it from the default, and this is the first time since I've joined that it's happened...

You can sometimes haggle 10NP under the price the shopkeeper is asking and the shopkeeper won't accept it. So no, TNT didn't change anything, they aren't changing anything, they never will change anything.

You could have just made a status update regarding this, and this information should be readily available for you in the FAQs.

I don't think I can due to not being an advanced member. Plus, I am wary of changing default settings.

It's been working perfectly for the last month. It was just today that it's ever failed.

You can change it. I bumped it to 4% instead of 5.2%

I've been getting haggle rejected sometimes, I should probably try and change it.

Okay I'm starting to think something is up. I lowered my haggle down to 2% and it STILL goes "Haggle Rejected"

Gotta disagree with ya, there was a time when you didn't have to click on a picture or enter a code to purchase an item.

There was also a time where shops had set restock times too

Try "fingering," I don't have the issue with that.

The funny part...they do all this stuff which just makes it harder for legitimate restockers. When all they had to do was click, type a number, and hit enter; they had a chance. The more complex the process, the bigger the differentiation between programs and manual users.
