Of course, that would mean we can only use the hex-colors 0xFF0000, 0x00FF00, and 0x0000FF. And I don't think anybody's going to check to see if every pixel on every entry matches exactly one of those hex-colors, right? Otherwise, "strictly red, green, and blue" would be completely subjective. Anyone can say that 0xFF1000 is "close enough" to red, but 0xFF1010 is not.

TLDR: The criteria of this theme might be a little too strict.
(I'm not entering, but if you look at mine, you can't say it's not RGB-themed.)

Yeah I'd say it is RGB themed but you used true blacks, the guy said strictly RGB (and shades).

I was working on my entry earlier, it's challenging but can be done. Obviously it would be alot easier if we could have grayscale and then red, green and blue but it's kinda fun this way.
