I'm also thankful I found this website. It goes way past Neopets, I feel like eventually I will make good friends with a few people on here and have a lot of fun.

My favorite moments with her are the ones where we act more like "bros" then a couple. We still fight each other in multiplayer games (She kicks my ass in Kid Icarus) and go out to eat "unromantic" meals like Indian food ^__^.
I don't know where I would be without her. Love ya Chappy <3

I recently started working at the same company that my husband works for. My work was general office duties, his position is Programming and Development (among a LOT of other things).
Every morning we got up at 6am and spent an hour in the truck driving to work. In that hour, each day for the last two weeks, I've gotten to experience just his journey to work. Listened to a lot of talk radio and discussed a lot about politics. I've learned more about the American government, Congress and the Senate than I could have read in a bunch of books. He was patient with my questions, he explained a little more clearly when I couldn't understand some things and gave me a good grasp on how life is in the USA.
I loved that hour, I also loved the hour coming home. More chatting, laughing and discussing everything from when we will buy our next house (We're still closing on this one lol!) to when we would consider starting a family and even talking about when the possibility of going to visit my family in the UK after I get my permanent resident card.
At work, in the office, I got to see first hand how stressful his job is. He is constantly pulled from pillar to post in every direction - General IT help with the office staff, his boss telling him that he needs some new software developed and his ideas for it, another boss wanting him to track down things of which I don't even have a basic grasp of.
I was pleasantly surprised that his colleagues are all nice people, his boss is laid back and cool, and they all have a great deal of respect for my husband.
I've finished my time at the company, I was pulled in for two weeks to help with a project the owner of the company wanted doing. I'm actually going to miss going to work with my husband, but I'm thankful that I got that time with him to talk, and see what he does daily.
I'm thankful that he is in a great company with awesome co-workers who admire his abilities in much the same way I do.
I'm thankful, most of all, that the time we got to spend together going to and from work I got to talk to him without any hindrances or distractions.
My husband isn't the type of guy to talk about a lot of things, he is incredibly intelligent and was raised to believe that you don't air your problems, your feelings, your thoughts. He was raised to just shut up and knuckle down and get shit done.
I see him from 6am to 7:30am in the mornings, and 5:30pm to 9:30pm in the evenings. I'm just thankful that I got to share a little more time with him than I normally would
What are you thankful for?
This just made my day.

I am thankful for my boyfriend who is different from other guys.
We rarely argue, and when we do, it's over things that are "best for me", such as "pleaseeeeeeee don't eat that burger, I don't want you to die early" or something like that xD
I don't see him that often; I see him probably every other month, unless we both decide to dual enroll in our local community college, in which I see him 4/7 days, which I cherish every moment of. I am thankful that he is accepting of my parents, and understands that he needs to prove he is good enough for me so that they will approve of him; I am thankful his parents even acknowledge that I exist because they prefer Spanish girls.
Although we both go to different schools, we take the same classes because they generally give the same homework--we do tests together and study together, especially in college classes.
To see him, I often have to walk around 2 miles to get to his neighborhood, and he meets me halfway. Even though we only see each other for about three hours, the wait is worth it. I would do anything for him, especially to make him happy, and he's proven to me that he would do the same.
I am thankful that we are going to be celebrating our three year anniversary next Friday :')
-will write more thankful for's later.

for being born in the higher middle class/lower high class, being able to buy most of what I want and not have any real hardships in life.
for my mom making me go to a two week long China trip to see whats it like to have hardships in life.
for all the people I've met and all the different stories they have to share
for all the Neocodex people to teach different life lessons!

I'm thankful for all the work the programmers put into this site and the plethora of programs we have at our disposal here. I give thanks to ShadowLink because he was the reason why I actually stuck around. I remember going into IRC and asking for help with ABing and he basically outlined all the basics for me while I made tacky "Din's Fire" jokes.
Pyro, Hydrogen, Nymh and Strat do get honorable mention here too though since they're really understanding. (: Thanks for answering all my n00bie questions guys.
Though I haven't gotten particularly close to anyone on Codex, I do have a few members whom I consider friends. I want to thank Rainie (though she isn't particularly active anymore), Yung (for fine tuning my ABing "skills"), Indigo (for helping me with my essay. I got an A!), Russ (helping me with beginners Python), Woug (bring overall cheerful) and Kiwi (Guuuurl. You funny).
I already posted something about her before but..I feel like she deserves another:
Thank you for being such a loyal friend Chappy. Thank you for putting me back together when I've fallen apart.
Words can't being to describe how I feel about you and how indebted I am to you.
(SOMEDAY I WILL POUND YOU INTO THE GROUND IN KID ICARUS. IDGAF ABOUT YOUR STUPID PANDORA CLAWS. AQUARIUS BLADE FTWWWWW)
P.S Waser! Thank you so much for reverting my post count to 699 so that I could make my 700th post someone special. You are awesome.
700th post guys! Thanks for everything Codex!
