I know, I made a board asking something about this kind of thing before. But, every site that people post, the proxies either a)Aren't elite (they say they are) or b) Some work fast at first, are elite, and then then web pages cant load the proxy anymore.

Tryed searching on the web and have had these same problems on every single site... I even chose one proxy that is literally 50 miles from where I live, and it still did option b... Is there a way to fix b or something?

With proxies, you get what you pay for. If you pay nothing, you get shit.

You either have to spend time or money:

Time to find a good site or money to buy a good one.
Why would I give you a proxy that is really good if I could use it

Do you need the Proxy for the Programms or just to surf?
I using TOR Browser for surfing, it's free and never had problems with it, the speed is ok, too.

When I used to use proxies, I always used these two free proxy list sites:

http://proxy-list.org/en/index.php
http://hidemyass.com/proxy-list/

When you do find one that works on the list (usually pretty quickly) it should last at least for a few hours.
There are free elite ones there that you can filter for.

But yeah, if you are looking for an elite proxy that you can use whenever with guaranteed stability and speed, you usually need to pay up.
