Alriiiiight, so I'm pretty much obsessed with getting my old account back. I have less trohpies and neopoints (including the lab ray and petpet lab ray) on that account, but I'd rather have that than my new ish account. :I I know my password, but not my b-day (entered randomly) or email.
Is there any way to find out the bday or email address I put into that account? Is there any way I can hack my old account back? If so I totally would. :I

Thanks a ton.

Maybe it's one of those emails you made when you were younger and then stopped using, so you can no longer remember what it is.

I'd sugest sending in a ticket because you do know the password for the account and then explain the situation that you can't remember the email and birthdate for whatever reason, and include as much info about the account as you can remember.

(I was thinking of sending one in myself because my old AOL emails don't let neopets emails go though and I'd like to access my old account which was tied to an AOL email (which I still use). Because of that I can't get the password recovered. I've got a couple of guesses for the birthdate on mine though)

Yup, contact TNT about "Birthday/Account Access Help" and explain the situation, you'll probably have to give then A LOT of information, but I don't think there's any option.

UUhm, yeah. I made the email when I was much younger. :c And I've already contacted TNT multiple tiwith all of my information, (correct) and they havent been able to help me. I freakin' have the same IP address and everything. Theres no way to hack the account (yeah okay that sounds suspicous but I'm desperate for my old account back) or like find out the birthday somehow? D:

Times. Wow weird typo.

Well, you do have the password so that's not a problem. If the account was made before the age you "were" supposed to have board access (younger than 13), try choosing the year you would have been 13 (as you said the birthday wasn't real) and then messing around with the month and day. (start by choosing days close to your actual birthday). Though you only get a couple of tries before the system stops you from guessing again (I don't remember if the period when you're locked out is a couple of hours or a day). Then write down the birthdays that were wrong to narrow down choices (I wish the system would tell you what part of the birthday is wrong when you try and guess.)

Ticket responses can take a while (sometimes upwards of months), sadly (unless you meant that they gave you a response but it did nothing).
As for trying to "hack" into your account, "hacking" is usually done to guess someones password and gain access that way, but you already have the password so theres really no point in trying to "hack" it (besides trying to guess the birthday).

Alright, thanks for the response. I'm going to try that. Unfortunately I have no idea which day or year I put in. (I'm pretty sure the year is between 1990-1996) so hopefully after thousands of guesses I can get it right. /sob.

And by hacking I mean someone using coding (or whatever) to figure out which bday and email I used.

For tickets just hit TNT Support again and again, they will eventually succumb to your consistency.

I doubt the OP cares about their account anymore, but here's a guide to account recovery @Elexia
