I'd like to consider myself an intelligent individual but now and again (read all the time) it's nice to watch something and kind of switch off

I would have to say my number one guilty pleasure would be all the Dr.Phil episodes on youtube. I obviously can't watch it on the telly but some of the stories he gets on there are so crazy! Like I was watching one where this woman wanted to LITERALLY (not figuratively) murder her husband's six year old daughter and so she gave him an ultimatum; her or the child. And he kicked the child out! Whose mother had been in a car crash and brain damaged not too long ago!!!! Crazy.
So yeah, I love all that crap.

What are your guilty pleasures as far as TV is concerned?

I LOVE SYTYCD I record them all and watch them frequently and get goosebumps and cry and rewind and watch the routines over and over.

Hmm, what other guilty pleasure shows do I watch... I enjoy America's Next Top Model. I watched one season of The Bachelor a few years ago, never again.

Big Brother for me too. Sometimes it's pretty ridiculous. I don't know why I watch it every season.

I used to watch this, but last season really annoyed me. Why were the judges still able to decide who would leave even after the top 10 whereas in the past it would be strictly by voting? They clearly had favourites who they just wouldn't send home *cough*Sasha*cough*. And like, how many times did Melanie get some form of Contemporary even though it's supposed to be 'random'

I've been prone to watch shows like "Maury" and "Jail" whenever I visit my mother.

Why can't Maury do more than DNA tests? I get bored after hearing "You're the father" a million times every day.

I don't watch TV regularly, but I do watch Jeremy Kyle occasionally. I think he's so much better than Maury.
