Hey there!

I have a problem since a few weeks. After I've been running Abrosia for ca 1 hour I get banned from the main shops. (Is this normal? There was a time when I could let it run for 2-3 hours ..)

So I got an idea: When I'm banned from the shops, can I use it on my side accounts? Is it as "safe" as when I use it on my main account?

Yes. But if you start running on multiple accounts best you use a proxy.

What is your refresh rate?
The lower it is, the quicker you'll get RS banned.

It's between 4.5 and 9 sec

Stop ABing as soon as youre unbanned.
Wait a day or something.
I usually wait until I wake up the next day

also you can raise your refresh a bit to like 6/8 seconds. i wouldnt recomend using anything bellow 6 seconds.
