Been happening every time, about a minute after I start it. I've used it before so only occurring recently

Ok... for the 99999999999th time, its because neo keeps having issues and the down for maintenace pteri page keeps popping up. Just wait and see if TNT fix it within a few days and then try again.

I usually get the "incorrect padding" error when I fail to download the database info from neocodex.
It tends to be when I'm using a slow proxy.

I've been getting the same thing and I don't even use a proxy. I'm assuming it's from the constant glitching on neo's part.
